How it works
From sign-up to the last payout

Before
Members sign up and register for the event. Sellers enter their items with photos and minimum bids. You number the lots and print tags and bidder cards.

On the night
Runners scan a lot’s tag with a phone and enter the winning bidder and price. The projector shows each result to the room as it happens.

After
Clerks check buyers out. Count the money, pay your sellers, download the reports, and seal the event when the books balance.
Auction night
Fast at the front of the room, tidy at the back
- Scan the QR code on a lot tag with a phone camera or a Bluetooth scanner
- Enter the bidder number and price, or “no bid”, in a couple of taps
- A projector page shows the lot and the result to the whole room
- Paper tag stubs stay as your backup if the Wi-Fi has a bad night

Most auction software assumes the organization owns everything on the table. At a club auction, members sell their own gear and the club takes a share.
Sellers enter their own items
Before the event, with photos and a minimum bid. Walk-in items get tags at the door.
Fees and donations, your way
A percentage, a flat fee per item or per seller, or both. Sellers can donate the whole sale to the club.
Sellers paid after the audit
Every sale records the fee, the donation and what the seller is owed, so payouts match the cash box.
Built with care for your members’ details
- Each organization’s data is kept separate from every other’s
- Volunteers get only the access their job needs: lead, clerk or runner
- Payments are never deleted, only reversed with a reason, and changes are logged
- Personal details are removed automatically after a set retention period
- Optional two-step sign-in with an authenticator app
